WINE MAKING PROCESS Red wine vinification, fermentation/maceration on the lees for about 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging for at least 18 months in French oak barrique and minimum 6 months in the bottle.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 13.5% vol.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 16-18 C (61-65 F)
FOOD PAIRING Perfect with some elaborated braised red meat and game, or aged cheese. Very suitable also to be drunk on its own. A meditation wine. PLANTING DENSITY 5,000 vines/ha
