The farmers from Trets village used to meet to celebrate the end of the harvest and dance “l'Anticaille" farandole in the crushing place which still exists. This dance from Provence has given its name to the domain. To celebrate the history of the domaine, each cuvee of the chateau is named after a dance.
Caladoc is a relatively recent southern French crossing of Grenache and Malbec making a crisp and fruity rosé.

Tasting Notes: With its salmon, pink hue, this wine offers aromas of broom, box tree and roasted notes. In mouth, it is fresh with mint taste and has a pleasant balance between a tonic and a soft finish.
