UNIQUE! Spanish method of producing wine, whereby small amounts of younger wines stored in an upper tier of casks are systematically blended with the more mature wine in the casks below.
The wine includes harvest from 1998 to 2014.
Tasting Notes: Gold color, aromas of pear juice, grilled almond and dried apricot, on the palate it is elegant and mineral with flavors of fruit jelly aromas (apricot, quince, Mirabelle plum)
